White Trash Party!!

Happy 40th Birthday Stacy!! To celebrate in trailer park style, Kory threw a white trash party complete with the run down car and toilet in the front yard, ratty chair on the front porch and beer cans everywhere. This place was straight out of Kid Rock's trailer park!! It was awesome!!! Here are some fun photos.

Camping with the Bennetts

Over Memorial Day weekend, we went camping up at Scott and Teresa's property in Duschane. Great people, great food, lots of rain, a little chilly, beautiful views, some lizards, bats, lots of tasty smores, horseshoes, campfire, beverages, ATV ran out of gas, best weather the day we left (of course), best smelling out house ever-seriously, camping in the back of Chris's truck, poker, baked bean spillage on carpet (again sorry about that), and good memories just about sums it all up! Thank you guys for a great weekend!

Backyard BBQ Luau

We had a fun get together at the house for Chris's bday. Matthew bought the most amazing luau decor which we put up everywhere. I am sad because I didn't take enough photos of the awesome luau accessories. But blended cocktails were flowing and so were the pinnapple upside down shots. Holy cow those are good! (In a shaker, blend 4 seconds of malibu rum, 4 seconds of southern comfort, top it off with pinnapple juice and ice) We cooked chicken skewers with peanut sauce, grilled pinnapple, grilled mushrooms and peppers, Monica's delicious saffron rice and ice cream cake for dessert. Fun times! I love warm weather!

Announcing at the Races

First of all I want to say, Happy Bday to Chris!! It tis his bday today. And also happy bday to Melissa and Tyna. It'a popular bday!!

Last weekend, Chris announced a motorcross race here in Salt Lake City all day Sat and Sun. His friend opened up his track for the first time after months and months of preparing and it was a great success. For any friends that want to go riding on the track sometime, let us know. We can go anytime. The track is huge! Here are some photos.

Vegas Baby!

Over the weekend, Chris and I went to Vegas. Ahh Vegas! I love the craziness just for 2 days, but not longer. We went to watch the finals for Supercross where James Stewart and Chad Reed battled over the championship. It was a fun race. James didn't win the actual race but he ended up taking the championship. Chris was super happy with that outcome. We had free pit passes all day and got into the Monster pre-party and after-party. The after-party was at the Hard Rock Hotel poolside and was super fun. Here are some photos:

For souvenirs, Chris asks the riders for their number plates, gloves, goggles, jerseys, you name it. He got 2 name plates signed which is a huge deal, he got gloves signed, goggles signed, his Monster pass signed, and tons of bike memorabilia. Guess who was stuck holding it all out of sight so none of the riders saw his stash!
